Hank called me a while back and asked me to take his brain injury case. Hank was new to the Philadelphia area and didn’t know where to find the right lawyer. He was confused and frightened. o Provide straight advice at every stage of the case
o Truly care about all clients and their well being
o Charge reasonable attorney fees
o Hold down litigation costs to the best of his ability
o Push for large settlements at an early date
o Work to maximize settlement value
o Keep every case on the “front burner”
